the ronde tag is a combo of Odom and 4-0 cattle co..its not cheap and its all private no other land to access but theirs..if I remember right they charged $1500 to kill a cow elk last year on 4-0...the ten ten on the other hand is mostly private and various landowners with some nat forest

Unless I'm missing something, they cannot charge if you draw the tag.
I saw the guy at church but didn't get a chance to ask him today. I'll drop him an email. I still don't think that 4-0 charged him when he drew the tag. Pretty sure he would have mentioned that because he was telling me that I should put my boy in for that hunt.
