Looking for help
« on: May 10, 2011, 06:32:31 PM »
I want to set up a pot puller on My boat. I have the parts except for the motor. Anyone know where I can get a gas powered motor for a descent price? Thanks for the help.

My buddy just bought one from a guy who builds them in Shelton. They are electric though. Supposedly the sh*t for pot pullers. Should be he paid $1300 for it. If you want some contact info I can get it from him. Just pm me.

Ok so I was able to appropriate a motor. Any one know where I can find a reduction gear or where to look. I have been looking and unable to locate one as of now. I appreciate the help. Robby

I have a reduction gear case from an electric puller that the motor went bad.  Not sure you can get it to work but if you want it, you can have it.  Not sure where you are located?
