does anyone use 8MP?

I was curious if anyone uses the 8mp setting on their camera.

I have several bushnell 5mp cameras. Another site I post on lots of people preferred the 5mp over the 8mp bushnell because bushnell had some initial issues with the 8mp and they were failing. Other than that just get a bigger memory card to handle the bigger memory photos!

I've got the 8mp Bushnell and haven't had any problems in the year and a half I've had it.  It's been in the woods for probably all but a month or so of that time too. . . . Just like everything I'm sure there are lemons, but it seems I got lucky after reading stuff about them.  Two buddies and my dad got lucky too I guess. :dunno:

There's no problem taking 8 mp pictures with the size of todays memory cards.  You can fit upwards of 4k pictures on a 16 gb card, and if you need to be able to hold more than that, check it more often.  :twocents:
