Pretty sure it's a channel cat, I think the lighting is making it look a bit off colored. What were you using for bait?

yes it was a channel and i was fishing the same as i always do for cats and that is a lighted slip bobber set at 5 foot and a chunk of squaw fish in about 7-10 feet of water.
