A buddy of mine and his dad drew late rifle deer tags a couple years ago on thier first year applying.  There is still hope!

washington's draw you never know.  anyways chiwawa, slide ridge, quality deer. alkali, buck deer. peaches ridge, goose prairie, quality elk. teanaway, bull elk. tanuem, teanaway, bumping, for cow. any moose and antlerless.  Who knows used quality points last year.  I know I should easily draw a cow tag.  One never knows.

You always have a chance. I know of a guy who drew a Colockum bull tag 2 years in a row. I have a pile of points that I figure will just keep getting bigger! I dont look to draw any time soon.
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!
