I'm curious how you guys feel about the white river archery being a quality hunt and not in the bull hunt section? It seems to me that if the muzzy and rifle are a Bull hunt, then shouldn't the archery be the same? I've called Dave Ware about this but I'm curious what you guys think. Remember the Indians do what they want in this unit, so should it be a permit at all?

I also have this tag for archery. I have had this conversation with friends in regards to the unit not being a bull tag like rifle and muzz. Not sure the reason other then access to high country in Sept. In regards to the mucks hunting the area they take a lot of elk each year and i do not agree with this but what are you going to do. The plus of  them is they are not willing to walk anywhere. Fun area hunted it for many years when I was younger and rifled hunted. Then it went to spike only and i left and began archery hunting.
