I would bring the things you feel that you need on you. The way you hunt you will have success. Hope I can find some time to come over.

Having gone a hunt with Dale already for cougar. You have nothing to worry about. Dale and his entire family will take care of you. Just bring the essentials that you need, clothes, optics, gun/bow. And that is about it. He has great cabins. The food is great. You are in good hands. Have fun.

Just make sure to do your part. Get in shape; make sure your gun is sighted in;make sure you have your license; and figure out what to do with it when you get it. Have lots of film. Post pictures and buy another freezer.

From being on only one outfitted hunt I can offer only a little input. Take everything you think you need and you will stress less. Then after the first morning you will have left 4/5 of it in the truck and be able to relax and enjoy the hunt. Sounds like your only problem is going to be how soon do I shoot. In that case, listen to Dale or the guide, they say shoot you shoot, they say hold, we can do better, hold.

If it was me, I would bring my spotting scope. I wouldn't want to be without it. You may not end up using it but if you need it and don't have it, you'll sure wish you did.

i would take the gear you are comfortable with. If you have extra along it's not a big deal. You're going to see loads of moose and have a great hunt.
