Pack of 8 wolves trotting up a road about a half mile from Bradeen Road....about a half mile from the Addy/Gifford road and 3 miles from Gifford...   Late Whitertail hunters will be shocked when they realize their buck is in the belly of a pack of inslee poodles.  Thanks all you arseholes that voted Democrat in Wash State.  A biologist told a farmer on the Addy Gifford road (he has wolves on his land) that they are finding bear teeth and other bones in the wolf scat. They think they are killing bear.

I guy I know helped with a big wolf and cougar study, they had collars on multiple species of wildlife, when wolves move into a drainage they could see other wildlife leaving the drainage in every direction, and they found evidence of all other species in the wolf feces they checked. Bear, lions, elk, deer, they eat whatever they can catch. They even eat denned up bear in the winter.

I 100% concur that the animals in a valley will vacate the area if the wolves move in.  We had wolves in last year and every deer, elk, turkey, moose and most bear vanished.  The wolves hung around for 6 to 7 months before moving on.  Another member had pictures of the same wolves shortly after and the game came back a few months later.  I'm sure the animals that didn't leave became wolf feed.  We had a monster moose that lived in the area.....haven't seen him since.   :bash: :bash:
Thought I'd chime in on the part where animal movement changes when wolves and cats show up..... I am so pissed off about this I haven't been able to articulate it in writing.  I may start a thread to not Hijack this one.  I am pissed about the 200+ head of elk waltzing around Deer Park area due to mismanagement and predators, and how its directly affecting me.  Wolves and cats in every surrounding mountain range are driving these herds down in the valley.  WDFW sucks....

Picked up a different wolf on cam in the Teanaway about a week and a half ago.  That makes two different ones in less than a month.

Yes there are three others all younger. One male with a collar, one male no collar and one small female, no collar.  This one was headed south towards Ellensburg. I’m not sure he has a lot of days ahead of him. We had one with a collar that was long in the tooth, actually had very few teeth left, die from old age a few years ago.

Recently saw fresh wolf scat and tracks just west of Springdale in the lower hills.  My brother was on top of fresh tracks up in 113, across river from Usk down low.  No pics of actual wolfs but definitely wolf sign.

Batteries were low on my cell camera, still had enough juice to get photos just not enough to send.  Just changed batteries and got these photos from 1:30 pm on 11/28.
