Nice pic's , Any idea on which area i should elk hunt this year? Westside?  I always hunt the eastside but the new job will let me get that amount of time off. so weekend warrior here i come. Also i shoot with a string and stick.  Not looking for anybodys honey hole , Just a GMU to hunt in

That bull wont make 300, Bulls are close to topped out now so in all reality He may put on a couple inches on top. Hell be in that 250 range .

thats funny, 250, he was in the 270's last year. my bull in my avatar went 254 and he is alot smaller then this one. oh well, only one way to find out for sure.
hunt for the the challange of the hunt and the meat,  and it's always a trophey....poachers suck.

You got a good picture of your avatar bull , I just want to see what he looks like or have you posted it before??

I looked the trail camera pics over again and I just cant get over 260- and I was generouse. Could be decieving. Did you pick up the sheds from him last year, just curiouse how you know he went 270 last year ?? Looks to me he has short beams, swords are good and his firsts are nice but everything else is short. I dont know, I could be wrong . I just call it as I see it.

i know he has some weak spots but i think he makes up in others. this one made book at 308 in the same area and i think he will be  heavier and taller. u may be right though, some may look bigger then they are or we hope.
