Since I regularly take 120 yards shots, I like the Rage broadheads.  I just can get them screwed on and off really quickly so I don't get caught with expandables.

Or maybe i don't do that at all and just use G5 Strikers.   :tung:  They've worked well for me.

O.K I thought I was done arguing over this one but GUESS NOT.. talk about pld school .. there is no way in h$ll I would shoot any broadhead over 100 gr.. I never told ya but for years I shot 75 gr wasp and they last muley I killed in Winthrop I shot head on frontal shot right above the brisket ans it went clean threw and came out it ---s !!!! I am really sorry that you guys do not believe me but thats fine ....your lose not mine  :chuckle: :chuckle: :sry: I basically grew up with a recurve shooting the old bear broadheads and I had pass threws with them to but the furthest I shot was 25 to 30 at whitetail.....what really shocks me,is THAT NO ONE HAS TRIED A WASP BOSS 100 GR....  :o :o  but thats fine more for me ....

Man, I am seeing a LOT of comments for the old Shuttle T... Maybe we should rename this thread? "BADDEST BROADHEAD ON THE PLANET- SURVEY SAYS- SHUTTLE T!" :chuckle:

History leason - Originally before becoming a born again Christian Dick Maleski was a Dead Head pot smoker.  WASP stood for "We All Smoke Pot".  Later after finding Christ he changed the acronym to "We All Save People".

For those asking what the difference is between Wasp and Muzzy or Shuttle T - It's the blades!  If you ever get down to Vancouver you should give me a call and pay a visit.  I'll throw some blades in the microscope and you'll be amazed at the real difference.  In a month or two I should have my new digital photoscope attachement.  I'll then be able to quickly shoot photos to post on Hunt-Washington.

Now that Crescent is no longer making Rocky Mountains blades WASP has no equal in a stainless blade.  They are as hard as it gets without being brittle and the grind and hone are flawless.  They are the standard we will be measuring the new stainless Savora heads to.

In 2011 Slick Trick began making blades from AEB-L stainless instead of the cheap garbage they started with.  You Slick Trick fans should start seeing some real changes for the better when you start throwing the new blades.  But, that grinding process can not match what WASP is doing.  Or what we will be doing with Savora for 2012.

He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

another vote on Shuttle T.. u wont find a tougher head or thicker blades out there..not to mention there isn't head that flies as quiet and accurately as a Shuttle. The wound channel on these heads is amazing

:chuckle: :chuckle: Yeah I suppose but I have never broke a wasp on nothen I have killed and they are very quit because they are so small and low profile and I do not think the shuttle T will blow threw bone like a wasp ....just my opinion since I have used them flawlessly for over 30 yrs now ...I have not heard nothen bad about shuttle T s So maybe some day before I kill over I them  :chuckle: :chuckle:

Shuttle T's are tough as hell ! That being said I also really like the slick tricks for wound channel . one more flap to spill blood. On lager game the shuttle is hard to beat , for a slower bow the hell fire would be a good choice along with the phat head .

what I am saying now is  I am calling BS ...I have way to many wasp that have dropped sheet and I am needing to defend what I know ... you can not brake a wasp blade ...Period ...take a pair pliars to that shuttle T and bend it side ways ...wear a pair of leather gloves and eye protection so when the blade snaps in half you do not get it in the face ... I have already done this with my wasp and I guarantee ya its not braking ..so someone please do this so we can move on  :bash: :bash: and i am not saying anything bad about shuttle Ts but none of you ever tried one obviously ...Do I need to keep digging more arrows out because I have a few  :dunno:

look at those blades ...seriously ...most broadheads would of broke ..see how twisted those blades are ? thats from going threw an elks shoulder ...obvisiously it went threw some thick bone to look like that ...you do not shoot threw rib bones and it twists blades like that  :sry:
