Must be nice to kill a deer bigger then most peoples elk . I don't understand killing a bull in July. Was he even done growing. They were saying he was not as big as last year. Let him finish growing before you kill him.
hell of a bull thats for sure, i still dont understand why anyone in their right mind would want to shoot a bull of that caliber while he is still in velvet, if i read it correctly the guy had a whole year to whack a bull, so why wait till the animal is a few short weeks from being velvet free and in 90 degree plus heat to take a hell of an animal, i dont get it
hey bucklucky, is it possible for a taxidermist to get the velvet off of the antlers and make them look like a normal set of antlers that have been rubbed free of the velvet?
