wild fire in unit 340?
« on: July 28, 2011, 10:32:14 PM »
I spoke to a friend today and he herd there was wildfire in unit 340 above robinson canyon, just wondering if anyone can confirm it and how bad it was. He said the fire lasted three days. Our elk camp is just above robinson up on page pasture so hope we still have an area to camp at.

Large fires are usually listed here:  http://www.inciweb.org/state/49

But I don't see it there. May have been a small fire.

Oh, no kidding.  I saw that the other day and wasn't sure if it was intentional or not.  It didn't look very big - guess it wasn't.

Skies are clear.   Must have been just a spot fire.
