Caught this hen on a spoon tonight right at the tide change between Vashon and Sunrise Beach. My dad had a real nice one on for a few before it shook the hook.

Nice! Seems like a good number of five year old fish being caught this year. There was a 41 caught at Evans where I fish a couple weeks ago. The news paper says Dalco, but since when was the Narrows Bridge right behind Dalco?

 The Gig Harbor shoreline is the worst-kept secret in State history . Never fished there much myself but my uncle limited every day he fished that area his last season out. Tides were strong when I fished it but I marked a lot of bait and salmon.

Gig Harbor's a good troll Along with Dalco, Girl Scout Camp, Clay Banks, Sunrise Beach, Slag Pile I've faired well in all those areas. Of course I have my favorites too
