I bought a used Moultrie off ebay that did the same thing. Seemed to work fine at first, but when I was testing it, if I let it sit for 20 minutes so that it went to "sleep", it would no longer take pictures. Luckily for you, I've heard Primos' customer service is good and I'm guessing you won't have a problem getting the camera replaced with a new one.

How was your experience with their customer service?I never contacted CS since I read on another forum that they only warranty their cameras for the original owner, and a receipt is required. I also know the warranty is only good for 1 year.
