Hey smokepole, I didnt get a message from you. Get the right person? :)

Special T, I can definitely relate to that, and that's exactly why I didn't park there to hike in. I didnt think that gate was going to be in somebodies front yard.

That's weird.  Not in my box either.  I'll send again.

Thanks Head Hunter.  I always thought it was DNR, since you approach via DNR land.  I first fished Lake Ten back in the 80's before there was any development.  You could drive right to the trailhead and park.  It was popular at the time.  I could get off work, grab a can of worms and get to the lake in less than an hour.

I saw a lot of people at the lake when I was there last year.  I doubt if they were all Keith's family.  I would sure recommend trying to contact him for permission before visiting the lake!

I walked right up the main road right to it.  Parked at the gate as I was walking the caretaker picked me up and dropped me off at the lake.  It is about 1.5 miles straight up hill. The owner and his kids came up a little later and hung out for about an hour.  They let me use they boat there.  I caught about 6 at about 12-14."
