Well I'm off to the Chiwawa Unit this weekend to guide my dad in some muley hunting. He drew the multi-tag so I get to sit on the sidelines and watch this time around. Hoping to put some good time in early in the morning and late in the afternoon/evening since it's supposed to be very warm out. I'll definitely be hoping to bag some grouse or maybe even a bear in the meantime. Found some huckleberries finally as well (this year was looking bad at first) so I'm hoping it will be a bountiful Labor Day Weekend in the Cascades.
