I'll be trying a private lake south of Tacoma for the first time.  Not a lot of birds around yet though.

Most likely ill be up in skagit Co somewhere standing on the firing line with the rest of you public land hunters.  The only thing is I will be there and ready before you.
   thats what everyone says but never true just to get a decent spot on public land you have to be out the door by 1:30 did tht plenty of times last year glad i have private spots were i can sleep in till whatever time and know the ducks will be there but good luck to you  :tup:
what area will you be hunting the samish island area ?
