Relatively few hunters, because it's 99% private land. Therefore, success rates are high. If you want to join a hunting club or pay a trespass fee it's a good unit to hunt.

I've been hunting it for a while now and usually take a decent buck but nothing big. I haven't really held out before to see what is around, the property I hunt holds lots of bucks that run 120ish. I usually see 10-15 legal bucks in a day. I will be hunting it during the late muzzy season for the first time after doing archery for the last three years.  It is all private, but lots of the landowners know each other, access can be had and getting on one place can often get you on a few others.

Knock on some doors and see what happens, good luck!
what in the wild wild world of sports???
