painting duck decoys

i will be painting some of my decoys one of these days,.. and was thinking about going to lowes or home depot to get paint,..  i need some help/tips on picking out what type of paint to use and picking out color,.. thanks for any help,  i will be doing about 20 decoys  mostly mallards,.. and a couple teal and wigeons,   thanks

I'm in the process of flocking the heads of my mallards and Honkers i think this is better than anything else. I also plan on painting the UV white paint on my ducks and geese but have not found where i can pick it up. I have checked the sports stores near me. I know Parker paint makes the product i'm interested in.

I just finished painting a bunch of my decoys.  145 to be exact.  A lot of them sea duck some mallards, teal, widgeons, pintail.  Go to the website Takeem.com and go to there decoy section and there is a list of all the paint colors and videos on how to paint them.  The color they give you for the mallard heads is a little darker then I would like but it's not to bad.  I bought all my stuff at Home Depot and just bought the 3 dollar sample cans.  And a few cans of matte clear coat.

That turned out looking pretty good. Any idea how durable that paint is?
