THanks for the update. Thats the best part of hunting I think, all the exchanges, stalks and viewing prior to the shot. Then its just work. Anticipation is the best part.
I'm just waiting to hunt the Teanaway in Dec...........
The funnest hunting has past (rut) but the best it yet to come!
I got the privilege of getting to hunt with RaffleMule for those couple of days and am happy to report that he's doing the tag justice. For a wet-side office worker, he's in better shape than myself and anyone I know. We hiked multiple miles in tough country each day, and he never even started breathing hard. He knows what caliber of bull he wants and has passed on plenty of bulls that 99% of hunters would not be able to pass in his shoes. He's a great guy to BS with in the truck and is a very knowledgeable elk hunter. If anyone knows of a monster, but is unsure whether to share the location, then rest assured that you'd be helping one of the good guys! (Just use PM's to keep it out of the public eye).

I found a 400" in the Teanaway Brad. I will give you a call on Dec. 10th to help me pack it out.
