Awesome buck..

Columbia Whitetail?????   :dunno: :dunno:   :chuckle: :chuckle:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

State regs say if its west of the crest trail its a blacktail to them.  Heck of a great buck, it definately has that muley look though, I'd about fall over of a heart attack if I saw a buck like that on the westside though, he's a PIG!

Index is a long, long way from Stevens Pass and low in elevation. Whatever its breed, three things are certainly true. That buck is amazing and nobody I know would pass on it, for one. Secondly, you won't see something like that west of I5. Finally, if you did shoot the same buck all the way out in Forks, somebody would question its genetics.

WTF that's a white tail, hes not wearing orange, and he doesn't have a weapon, so he must have wrestled it to the ground and slowly strangled it which makes it and un-ethical kill too! get the torches boys lets string this guy up!  :bash:

That is a beautiful deer your friend got.  About 7-8 years ago near the trout farm we owned in renton I saw 2 deer that looked exactly like the one your friend got in size.  It was amazing to witness what looked to be identical twins. I could not believe my eyes after I looked around the corner and saw the second giant.  One of these days I will have to go in those woods and find their sheds. Thanks for sharing the photo

Nice mule buck.  If it was a blackie, he wouldn't be pulling the ears back to hide them.   :twocents:

Great buck.  Correct me if I'm wrong but you won't see that in the record book because blacktail east of I-5 aren't eligible. Isn't that the rule?

not anymore. They changed that a few years ago. They consider them mule deer now. Or atleast manage them that way

Lets hear from the guy who shot it as Index is a long way from Stevens Pass

I-5 is not the border. I posted the border on page 1 although I don't know where it is.
