Sas and I had just dropped off a camp of Spike hunters yesterday when my radio went off. It was the guide telling me they had just connected on a good bull. I know pictures pictures but won't have any until tomorrow. They were going to have to move the bull to where I can get the mules to it. I had 7 mules yesterday but there was no way to make it happen with the tough country. Night before season the guys spotted aa real bruiser and a couple of other nice bulls. We spent the first couple of days trying to figure them out but they were not to show themselves. Yesteerday he made a mistake and the hunter lowered the boom on him. I'm anxious to see this guy tomorrow. The hunter was one of the best we have had. He came prepared and in top condition. This country will knock most people to their knees after a couple of days. Oh I should tell you he is 8X8 with long fronts and good mass. Pictures tomorrow probably by both the hunter and myself.
