Congratulations on the deer.  I guess those 3-D shoots have been paying off.

Very nice.

I have a nephew that wants to start bow hunting. He is on the smaller side for his age. Does your son have any problems drawing the bow at hunting weight?
ALPINE makes an awesome kids bow .... #40 and easy to draw and will seriously whack something

I had an alpine micro that was 50 pounds and shot my first archery deer with it. great starter bow.
Congrats to you and your son

Thanks every one for the replies.rylee was shooting a micro midas 3 set at 41#,his broadhead was a buzzcut 4 blade on a gold tip arrow, the buzzcut did some damage and dropped her in her tracks done.my boy pulls the 41# pretty easy but letting down is another story, he shoots a bt evolution release and still pulls the 41# with no problem. there is alot of good youth bows out there these days, pretty much every bow manufacturer has a good youth bow, some more adjustable than others, that being said rylee will have a Martin in his hands next year. thanks again for all the kind words.
