Ice Augers
« on: December 20, 2011, 10:15:46 PM »
Is there anybody in washington who sells ice augers besides cabelas?  My uncle has mine right now in minnesota but is not using it because there is no ice so it might just be smarter for me to get it shipped out here. I always could use another one though.

General Store in Spokane is where I got mine some 20 years ago. Saw them in Wenatchee at Hooked on Toys,  and the White Elephant in Spokane in the last couple of years.

Sometimes Lowes/Home depot has the one man auger, works great for the sand, should work good for ice.
Just dont try to dig in rocky area for fence holes, it will throw you to the ground, or take your back out!
Paddle faster!!,,,,I hear banjo's!!!!

I saw High Mountain has a few in the Moses Lake store.
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!
