New Year's weekend
« on: January 03, 2012, 06:20:51 PM »
The upland board seems a little slow, so I just had to post this pic of my brother and his nice looking pheasant. The roosters were really jumpy yesterday, most flushing really far. The quail were holding tight as usual. The weather was great!

Anyway, good luck to everyone in these last couple weeks of upland hunting. I was really hoping to go chukar hunting this year, but it just hasn't worked out.

PS- This isn't really my first post. I made a new account because I lost the password to my regular account (Forrestrover), and can't seem to get it reset.

Nice wild rooster!  Congrats to your brother.

Birds were actually holding pretty good for us. Managed 4 birds for two days and two with the new .410 o/u.
Shut up and Hunt!

Nice! Good job with the .410. I wish we could've spent another day hunting. One day just isn't enough.
