So I go chasing yotes and spot one at 600 yards, get ready to take a shot then decide to use little rubber mouse call , coyote takes off towards my location and i loose sight of it keep looking keep searching cant find 10 min later it pops up litterly 20' away sure enough i wasnt ready for such close incounter so i go for my gun and yote is out there lightning speed no shot but makes me wonder why yotes ingore my expensive e callers and ran in to cheap 4 dollar caller
still got my hart going 300 mph.

It happens sometimes, it's happened to me on occasion also.
Why didn't you let it come in close enough to shoot it? I'm sure it would have come in at least another 5 or even 10 feet closer

they are all just tools in the basket. called many dogs with the foxpro but just as many with a mouth call or squeeker. just have to satisfy that particular dogs taste so to say.
