Grilled Sturgeon
« on: August 16, 2008, 03:34:19 PM »
Yummy, Yummy,  Slow cooked with simple butter and garlic melted together and brushed on repeatedly...  Oh my goodness, once you have it, you soon discover why I can't get enough of these fish....  Unbelievable for sure...

Shoot, why wait till spring, everything points to they are just getting started.  It's been better and better almost every weekend since April.   A friend that I have been getting to know doesn't start till Oct and fishes through the winter, all in prep for the bigger derby in March....Which I've been invited to their four man team.....   Keeps me gainfully active....  Actually thinking of seeing about transferring my (AK) Coast Guard six pack license and start working at least part time for these guys...  Why not the realstate business is dead and need to do something..........
