Go get em'!
I've done well around Matlock for bobbies and coyotes, especially up the 630 and 700 roads above canyon river.

I'm doing the same thing tomorrow.    Gonna check cameras than look for some cat tracks.  Last time I found some tracks I followed them untill he walked out of snow line.

I have been waiting for the stars to align so that I have fresh snow on the ground on my days off, and I have been battling a nasty cold so I havent felt like doing anything before or after work

Missed out on giving you a call.  Just got real busy this week.  The boy and I are going to walk some logging land around here to see if we can rustle up something.  Let us know how you do.

Doing that monday and tuesday...

Monday or Tues will be better for cutting tracks. Kinda hard to track when the snow is falling and most critters will hunker down for a bit anyway.

I got out early and drove a 25 mile loop in the Skok, wynoochee, Satsop units (its nice living in the middle of 3 gmus) and didn't cut any cougar tracks. I did bust a cap in a couple coyotes
The snow was falling fast enough that it could cover tracks in a few minutes.

Goin back out on the quads later to cover more ground. I got all my lights with new batteries and my pack packed. 100% prepared to spend all night tracking if i have to

Ran alot of roads in the kapowsin- eatonville hancock land. Seen lots of animals, cut one older cat track. Lots of other critters were moving though. the elk have been busy the past 5 days, must have known this was coming. good luck all.
