Well for what it's worth, I meant that the roads were good enough that you could run your truck and not damage it. Hence they didn't "need" an ATV Which obviously can go alot of places trucks can't and not get damaged. 

Suffice it to say,  If you do drive an ATV in Washington on a NF road, you better be ready to fork some cash out.   I don't agree with it, but it is the rule.

Here is why Quads in this state are not and can not be street legal.......


Can an off-road vehicle or motorcycle be licensed for street use in the state of Washington?
No, in order for a vehicle to be street legal, the vehicle must meet the federal requirements for road use and be certified by the manufacturer to meet those standards. Therefore, the vehicle must be originally manufactured for road use in order to be licensed in Washington State.

Yamaha 250 I ride on the steet's to go to work and on all forest road's and never been stopped or bothered. Two wheel is for real!
