anyone belong to a hunting club?
« on: July 22, 2008, 09:16:54 PM »
just wondering about gun clubs what kind of cost per year? for upland and /or waterfowl, looking to get back into bird hunting but would be nice to avoid crowds and have somewhere to hunt all the time.

Not a club as such but I do belong to The Ruffed Grouse Society. they are a great resource. their annual Field day is this Saturday in Renton. here's the address of the local RGS president: bgolson2@msn.com. In addition they are having an annual Chapter Grouse hunt in Cle Elum, WA. this is coming up on September 5th and 6th. There was also a good club in Ellensburg called Cooke Canyon Hunt Club. here's there address: http://www.cookecanyon.com/index.html . it's very inexpensive.
