My very first thought when I saw this pile was "Moose" no question about it. From the size to the shape to the quantity. Everything said moose. Except that it was in the Kapowsin tree farm..... So I figure it's elk. Even though I'm quite familiar with most styles and shapes of elk dung as well as pile sizes and I've yet to see one like this. It was HUGE. The only thing I can figure is it's a BIG elk eating a LOT of winter browse... or a moose is lost... :chuckle:

Really!!!  Perhaps runamuk was right = Llama :dunno:  Was it close to a camp?
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

It was bigger then any llama poop I've seen. Nowhere near a camp.

hard to tell by photos, but its probably elk.   It is a bit more rounded like moose, but I'd still guess elk.
