Shanevg and Timber's Canadian "Photo Safari" - February 2012

Timber and i decided to go up to BC for a bonzai photo safari this weekend.  We had a blast even if we couldn't find a ton of animals.  The first bull was by far the biggest but wasn't the most photogenic.  I think Timber got some really good shots of him but this is my best.  Apparently the Hawk Owl is a very rare bird.  I'm not much of a bird guy but it was fun to get some good pictures.

Awesome trip!   I don't think I ahve ever seen one of those owls.  COOL.

Yeah, never seen that owl either. I just looked him up in the book... looks like he stays north of the border!
