Jim,  targets look great along with the guns as well. I am irritated to see how some can view your posts as gloating or something!  Its just good to see that most just see  this thread is simply sharing your excitement. I will be checking your link for the shoot though as I have always wanted to go to one of these.

Hey, why don't you shut your mouth?! You come across as an arrogant, sh?t talking, piece of trash! This guy made a cool post with awesome rifles and you gotta bust his balls? Nothing better to do? Guys like you are the reason that less and less people are participating in this forum!

Those are great groups no doubt  I would love to have a rifle capable of that in my stash.

On a good day and I mean ZERO wind and no coffee, I can hold 3 shot groups at 600 within 4 inches with my Shilen barreled Savage 8 twist 22-250 shooting 75 A-Max's.
It's a lot of effort on my part before my vision goes to crap and the target washes out  :bash: Old eyes and getting worse everyday :dunno: But it's still fun.

It's fun to watch guys shoot that claim they have killed deer and elk at over 500 yards with their 30-30 and then watch them shoot at the 600 yard steel.

Basically all they are doing is shooting AT the 600 yard steel.  :chuckle:...................... Oh, uh ya missed by 6 feet right and 10 feet low, but that's pretty close! Now adjust a little for the wind and aim for the moon!!  :chuckle:
Checkin' wind and makin' smoke.
That's how I roll...

I agree, that's darn good shooting. Congrats on being able to do that...

Most shooters are not capable of doing that even if their rifle is. :twocents:

There's a few guys on this forum who need to learn some manners or they will have a short life here.  :twocents:

Manners, whats that? :dunno: Not to many in society have manners these days.  I wish I could own me own of them rifles.  All I have is my .243AI and its taken me 47 years to come close to shooting like that.  All I can say is that they are good groups, but, like I said before, there is always room to improve.  Jus keep shooting the thing and have fun.

I really hope that happens sooner than later, its gets irritating that I cant even open up a post on guns and awesome shot groups before some *censored*s ruin it.

Holy moly.  Got some "shooters" here I guess.    I'd be pretty stoked to see that at 600 yards.

 :yeah:

Too bad a couple bad apples have got to turn it into a pissing match... pretty ridiculous.

I just wish I could find a range to shoot out to 600 yards

I would like to apologize for my outburst. It just really hits me the wrong way when someone posts pics of something that they think is neat and get nothing but flack and made fun of. Constructive criticism is one thing. TRYING to bring someone down is unacceptable! :twocents: take it for what it's worth.

Jim,

We've never met, but those are some seriously cool rifles, and I appreciate your posts.

I will never own a rifle that cool (being a single income father of 5 with 3 still in private school will do that to you) but I sure enjoy seeing someone else get one and play with it and share in the fun.

Ignore the couple of idiots that just can't be decent and keep sharing.   It's really cool stuff for some of us that don't get to actually participate.
