In my opinion the toughest man to have ever walked this continent was John Colter. Its a national disgrace that his grave was bulldozed over to make way for I-70 back in the day.
Its the same thing that was said when they reburried Johnson. But how many can see a headstone in the middle of a field?
At least they can be seen, recognized, and honored, what they wanted in their passing.
