Bone, I want that bird bad, really, really bad!  I have a nice sharp scalpel blade ready to go. :chuckle:  That is one beautiful looking bird.  Spring time plumage doesn't get any better on those birds.  Thanks for sharing the pic's.....John

Is that one of those harlequin duck / pheasant hybrids you hear about? Very cool bird.

Thats a regular species of pheasant Stilly.   I'll try to get more pics up of some of my birds.

John,  Some got beat up pretty bad in the weather the last couple weeks.  Mud and tail feathers don't mix.   That guy did pretty good with his tail.  I lost a bunch of birds this last year between a huge snowstorm and then some coon attacks.  I need to replace a bunch.  A guy shouldn't have empty pens.

is it a separate species from the ringneck, or is it a color phase or both?

Let me know Bone when you get some in and if they last 2 years, I'll buy one from you.  I'd like to mount one of them up for a competition piece......John
