I put in anther 45 minutes today on the tred mill at 4-7.2mph. Burned 542 calories. I only took in 745 calories today. With that said I'm feeling heavy from the corned beef and cabage last night When I started on Feb. 13th I was 260, when I signed up on here I was down to 239. But then I went back up to 245. I think some of the first weight loss was water. I'm hoping to be back down to my sign up weight of 239 Monday.

I have a physiology degree and my wife is a personal trainer, so take it for what it's worth and what you paid for it. You cannot be healthy eating that few calories a day. You are also hindering your weight loss in the process. You have to have a 3500 calorie deficit to lose a pound of fat. Have you had a body composition reading? Any idea of what your basal metabolic requirement (calories a day to sustain) is?Try to establish a healthy routine that you can sustain over the long haul. Then, you won't be repeating this again next year.Good luck.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.
