So I managed to weigh in at 195 exact today which is 3 pounds up from where I was but I re-tested my body fat and came in at 19% when before I was at 21%. Which I guess I'll take that.  :dunno:
Make every shot count cause ya might not get another.

Hit a plateau again this week   8) ok I lied; I was just lazy this week and did not due what I should have.  Still no gain so that is a plus.

Man, I wish I would have seen this post.  I have lost over 60 lbs since January, but I still need to lose quite alot.  Im happy for all of you.
