You guys are doing great- keep at it As for myself- I've been gaining and getting a gut . Workouts start tomorrow. Not sure what I weigh cause we don't have a scale around 190. Should be at 165. Also have cut down to 5 cigarettes a day and tomorrow will be day 1 of no smoking. Wish me luck on both life changers.

wow some of you have doen great.  Keep at it everyone.  I have not had any loss over the last thee weeks but that is completely my fault.  I'm lucky that I have only gained .5 lbs.  Started riding the bike again this week though so I should start to see some improvments again.

Wow you guys are doing great.  I wish I would have seen this earlier I just never go to this section of Hunt-Wa.  I have lost 44 pounds since last Sept.  No fancy "diets" just calorie counting and working out to maintain muscle and create a calorie deficit.

Here is a picture of my transformation.  I am in my underwear so I will post a link instead of subjecting you to it if you dont want to see it.   

Picture shows me at 200, 180, 170 I didnt have a pic of me when I first started at 210.

I should start taking some pics like that myself! I wish I had taken a pic about 40 lbs ago though, very cool to see the improvement you have made!
