The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

240lbs getting back on track and over the next 2 weeks I'm going to be taking it to a whole new level.  I need to shed 10lbs by the 5th and that means picking up the intensity and increasing my endurance days.  good luck everybody that's still participating and staying active.

FC, you plannning on taking that vacation soon so I can catch up to you? :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

Hell no! Whether I want it or not though, I'm peeling the weight off slower these days, I'm making a few changes but I am getting towards the point of diminishing returns now.

229 -1 I finally broke the 230 skunk anyway!

I didn't sign up when this started because I had been working on my weight a little before this got started.  I started Feb 1st at 262 and this morning was at 220 even.  I am looking to lose another 40 pounds but have been stuck here for a while.  Im hoping I can beat it and start dropping again.

214 this morning.  This area between 225 and 215 was super hard to break.  I hung there forever.  Hopefully now that I am down past 215 I can keep dropping.  2 more pounds and I will be 50 pounds light since Feb.  Im sure that will happen this week.

I haven't been staying up on this and haven't lost much. At 272 today. I am working out a lot and on the bike every day. I feel great.

239lbs -1lb this week.  I really shouldn't have had spaghetti 2 nights in a row or 2 foot longs back to back days for lunch right before weigh-in week. :bdid: :bdid: :bdid:  Oh well negative anything is better than nothing.  Keep it up those that are still participating and the clock is winding down finally, 32 days left til final check-in/weigh-in, gotta hit it hard over the next 4 weeks. >:(
