Been a little sick the last few days and was feeling really weak so I got on the scale to find

-3 more and down to 202lbs.  :yike:
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

I've been slacking the last couple of weeks,  negative/positive nothiing, maintaining currently.  Doing some scouting and getting ready to hit the hills soon has kept me even lately but still sticking to my plans and end of the year goals.  Keep it up everybody and hopefully we can keep this a running thread for everybody to get motivated.

Guys,
Be sure to do this again next year. I didn't know the contest was going on, but I went from 237 to 221 in four weeks to get ready for the high hunt.
I'd sign up next year for sure. Great idea!

Have been watching this thread for some time and have been afraid of posting to it in fear I wouldn't succeed.

Just got back from Dr. appointment and he has confirmed my scale is correct.  At my May 24th appointment I weighed in at 287, today I am happy to say I'm no longer in need of my blood pressure meds, cholesterol and a few others due to the fact I have been successful in (DRUM ROLE PLEASE)  getting my weight down to 230lbs. That's is right 57lbs in 6 months.
:IBCOOL: :IBCOOL: :IBCOOL: :IBCOOL:

Now all I need to do is work on my smoking and poof I have it made.  Thought I would share my great news to all and wish each of you success in your changes in life.

I can't believe I didn't see this thread, I started a competition at work back in May, with a few guys and lost 41 pounds, I started at 176, so I was pretty happy with the results. I'm on the way back up now (hopefully) in the weight room. Congrats to all the guys who have worked hard to get into shape, it does take will power. It's hard to explain how much easier this season was, I put alot of miles in and didn't really get botherd too much. Ate tag soup, but at least it was healthy.  :chuckle:
