Yes, I believe it would protect the pins more in heavy brush. You know how little twigs find their way into things ;)

I gotcha, I know they removed that material to make the sight lighter weight. I will however pass you feedback along to the company and you concerns.

Just got the same site put it on my new bear anarchy a couple days ago! Still adding acc to it and can't wait to start shooting it :tup: All new gear and a new bow :drool:
