bobcat help

A few years ago I shot my first bobcat and to this day it has been sitting in my freezer whole. Question i'm wondering is, is the fur still good? If not how much does a taxi usually charge just to do a skull mount???

If it has been in the freezer that long it is more then likely badly freeze burned. If it was skinned and frozen it may be salvagable. If frozen whole I would think it would be a tough job to do anything with.
Freezer burn will make it almost impossible to skin. If skinned it may be able to be soaked up but the ears may be tough to do. Probably doable but it will run the price up.

Im really just wanting to do something with the skull. I'm sure the fur is most likely done for. The baseball size hole it its side but didnt help much either.

Has the cat been sealed? I've worked with some skins that have been in the freezer an awful long time. hard to work with, but they usually come out fine.

Scottfrick,
Where are you located?
I charge $100 to do a Bobcat Skull. It's $125 to tan a Bobcat hide.
