Don't you have to buy a tag to know what hunts you can apply for? Ie archery, modern, or muzzy?  Or can you buy your tag after the fact?

I think you can buy your original tag and then trade it in for the multi season if you buy it but I could be wrong.

I believe they make you buy your original tag before you pay for the multi tag, if you plan to apply for special permit hunts with multiple weapon choices then you need to purchase your multi tag before you apply.  But if you just want to apply for deer with modern firearm then just wait to purchase your multi tag till after if you don't draw.

You can hold the MS tag and a special permit tag at the same time. But you cannot hold just a regular transport tag. Say you draw a quality bull special permit for ML, but you tag out on the MS tag for a cow in AR, then you are done. You cant use the special permit for bull. Choices?

Yes, but you can use the multi season tag to apply for hunts with different weapons.

There are a lot of multi-season threads, and I dont have time to go through all of the posts.  Was there anyone NOT drawn for the multiseason?

I purchased the multi-tag draw option at the time I did my elk, deer, cougar and bear.  They would not issue me tags at that time since I purchased the multi-season draw option.  I will have to go back and buy the multi-season or tell them I don't want it and I will then get my tags for the weapon I choose.  Without buying a multi season tag you will have to choose which method you apply for on you deer hunt.  You can put in for quality ML buck and quality Rifle buck at the same time unless you have a multi season as well.  It would be Archery or ML or Rifle.  Your choices may be better off.  I will do archery but may put in for a rifle permit for quality deer.
