Still seeing bulls with their headgear as of today; isn't this unusual that they haven't dropped their antlers yet?

Friday I saw 5 bulls. 4 had new growth and one was still packing from last year. I've seen them packing into may. Especially spikes and rag horns.

I saw 2 raghorn bulls last Sunday, but most of the big bulls should have dropped already.
