Just was wondering what 3D shoots are coming up in the next 2-3 months. Maybe we could get a list going here. Just a thought

where can I find info on getting started in 3-d shoots.  I am new to bows and this seems to be a fun way to shoot for the summer.

Crowinhen,
Usually you sign up before or at the vent, and then shoot.

It IS fun!! :)
Just find a local shoot and show up--  you can find  shoot info here or at the wsaa  calender.
Bring  more than a couple of arrows for your first times-- you will  probably lose some!

This applies to everyone who is new to 3D shoots:
JUST SHOW UP!  When you register, just inform them you're new and ask if there's anyone you can shoot with.  There's usually someone there who's shot the course a few times and can get you going.  That's one nice thing about the archery community, most of the people are really great people.  If you come to any of the Custer shoots we do our best to partner you up with one of the veterans.  That being said...

The archery course is located just outside of Ferndale near Lake Terrell

June 9-10 Pre-summer shoot around
July 7-8    Shake-N-Bake 3D  (We give away baked goods for door prizes.  YUM!)
