Deer tag question?

When my Deer transport tag printed at the dealer it DID NOT specify West or East side, just says Deer.  My Elk tag on the other hand is specific.

Anyone know reason why?

wow, I could have sworn that I had to choose last year.  I guess thats another reminder that Im still a rookie at this hunting biz
