After some suggestions on here I decided to put one of my cameras on video mode. It's amazing what you miss. The pictures are nice but they are taken out of context and don't tell the story. The 2 still photo's are the ones taken in camera mode and the videos tell the story. I never would have known.

Went and checked my cameras yesterday. I wasn't too happy. Both my older cameras quit on me. Also one of my cameras wasn't pointed where I wanted it. That was my fault for not taking a test picture before I left (Complacency rears it's ugly head). Although both older cameras were bought used and have been out in the elements everyday for a year so I'm not too upset with them not quitting

It doesn't appear that the cameras bother the elk too much atleast not the ones bedded down a foot from the camera

What are they licking in the pile? The buck's like it. How early did you start it? I'm guessing that camera is inside Hancock somewhere.
