Hey Coach, my wife finished treatments for lymphoma a year ago.  PM me if she is looking for someone to talk to.
My wife spoke with a girl who was around 20 at the time and it helped her.

I am looking SOOOOO forward to not drawing anything for the 9th year in a row.  I'm just hoping to draw some kind of permit before I die.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

I expect to draw a Nooksack WM “any bull” permit with 1 point because I have no idea where Nooksack is or how to hunt it.  I’ll have lots of questions for everyone after I draw it.

Here I am wondering about the draw with selfish hopes and I just found out that my 18 year old niece looks to have Lymthoma . If that dosn't just put a damper on the antissipation ! please put her in your prayers .

I know exactly how you feel.  Found out not long ago that my cousins youngest (i believe he is eight) just got diagnosed with a form of cancer and suffered a stroke last week.  Also in the testing for the stroke they were able to find blood clots on his brain.  It is never good to have things like this happen but it makes it that much harder when it is a kid.  No child deserves this, they should be worrying about sports and friends, not being sick.

Thanks every one for your support. Luckily I have lots of very supportive family and friends like you guys. Strangely enough, I'm not worried, I don't see what worrying gets you, you can't change it. Besides, I'm optimistic, it could be one of 3 things, one of them being Lymphoma, or Sarcoidosis, or some rare infection. I don't think it will be Lymphoma, and even if it is, I won't let it slow me down. I told my doctor today, that I am going on a backpack high hunt this September, so he better figure out how to make me healthy enough. I get the results of my biopsy on Monday, and I'm not concerned. The Marines taught me to adapt and over come, so I try and live my life like that as much as  I can.

Sorry to thread jack, it fells good to talk about it, I am trying to be strong for my family, who are taking it way harder than I am.

Now, back to the drawing results. I drew a White River bull tag last year and had a blast. I am hoping for a Naches any bull tag, or a goat or sheep tag this year. If any body draws White River, let me know. I grew up hunting that unit and spent over 30 days scouting it last year, and hunted it every day of the season. I was one of the only people that drew, that filled my tag. Good luck every one.
