I was bear hunting today and decided to check a spot out to see if there was any fresh sign. I found this.

Hard to tell from the pictures but I think a bobcat was the culprit. That is a .300 win mag for comparison. Round track and there doesn't appear  to be claw marks  :dunno:. I understand it's nature but nature also has predators kill each other to reduce competition... And I am the top predator...  :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

I guess it is all part of the cycle of nature but trying to tip the scales in our favor could not hurt.  Although they must eat, so do we and you are right, we are one of the top predators.
