Well another year of spikes for me. washington has blest me with the chance to hunt 1 1/2 year old elk with my close friends.. Got to love it.  Good luck all

I feel your frustration; I was in with 13 pts. but will be looking for another spike.  Had a cow tag last year, but saw no cows.

I love hunting spikes and cows just as much as bulls.  Although it would be nice to take a hulk some time.  Can't wait for the season!!!  I love hunting east side, thats why i hunt the spike cow units.  I personally hate west side hunting  8)

Didn't Ross draw a smoker of a tag just a couple years ago? And kill a smoker of a bull? Not sure what he's got to complain about.

Got to love those good eating 1 1/2 year old spikes!  I got drawn for a Cowiche anterless modern tag.  First time I've drawn any sort of elk permit, so I feel your frustration.  I'll be spending my multi season deer tag season in the Cowiche.
